- This program only applies to wall-to-wall carpet installed in owner-occupied residences in NM USA.
- One-year labor warranty: a one-year labor warranty for carpet installation is covered by the Installer.
- limited warranty: This warranty ensures that your floor won't curl, crack, rip, tear, or gouge from normal household use and proper maintenance.
Here are some things to keep in mind about DC's carpet warranties:
- Warranties are only valid for residential installations.
- Rugs and stairs are not covered under any warranty.
- Gluing down the carpet will void all warranties.
- You'll need to stretch the carpet over padding unless otherwise stated.
- You'll be responsible for the costs of removing, disposing of, or installing your original or replacement carpet
